Starting March 30th, the preschool enrollment desk is open from 9:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 4:00pm Monday – Friday. All appointments (and walk-ins) must be made during these hours. The front desk is closed for lunch from 12:00pm – 1:00pm and submission of school documents will not be accepted during that time. The online registration must be completed prior to the submission of residency and school documents. The AppleTree school manager will accept enrollment documents for siblings in other grades providing that the enrolling parent/guardian has all the required documents to enroll and secure each child’s seat.
All matched and offer accepted families must complete the online registration first before submitting required enrollment documents (proof of DC residency and school compliance documents) to school manager. The online registration link will be sent in your matched offer acceptance email on March 27th. Enrollment will not be accepted unless all documents are submitted at the same time. The enrollment process is “all or nothing”. Your child’s seat is not secured until all documents are submitted.
Matched and returning families have 30 days (March 30th-May 1st) to secure their child’s seat for SY21. Seats not accepted will be forfeited and offered to waitlisted families beginning May 2nd.
