AELPCS Staff

Research clearly establishes that teachers with four-year degrees are necessary to ensure effective teaching that significantly impacts young children’s learning and development. In accordance with this research, AELPCS classrooms are staffed by a lead teacher and a teaching fellow (a teacher-in-training), both of whom have bachelor’s degrees. Additionally, a teaching assistant who helps manage and support the classroom is also present. In order to support all instructional staff, AELPCS provides intensive, high-quality and sustained professional development and coaching throughout the year.
